This service includes 50 minute psycho-education and sessions on Mental Skills Training for a small group of athletes.
(Maximum 8 individuals)

Team/Workshop

This service includes a psycho-educational workshop with coaches, professionals, large organizations, teams, or other athletic/performance individuals.
Price is subject to change depending on conditions of workshop and number of participants.
